Attendant Console freezing up

I am having an issue with the attendant console freezing up on one of the computers.

Centralized Deployment

AC deployed accross the WAN with T1 connection (not overloaded)

AC version: 1.4(1.ES9)

Server version: 1.4(1.ES11)

Any help would be great!!!

What CCM version are you running? Check this bug

That bug id is not viewable in bug toolkit.

I have a client with similar problem with AC 1.3(1) ES 8 w/CCM 4.1. When the receptionist transfers a call sometimes the AC application will freeze up cold, other applications continue to work fine. The PC has been rebuilt from scratch with fresh OS install (no image). Not anything special running on the PC besides standard office MS apps.
