I have a client with similar problem with AC 1.3(1) ES 8 w/CCM 4.1. When the receptionist transfers a call sometimes the AC application will freeze up cold, other applications continue to work fine. The PC has been rebuilt from scratch with fresh OS install (no image). Not anything special running on the PC besides standard office MS apps.
