Hi,
Every time we receive an incoming call on the attendant console it automatically launches the AC window to the front on the PC.
This is great but my receptionist is becoming increasingly frustrated as when she is typing an email etc it keeps launching the AC to the front making a mess of her mail.
Is there any way that you can stop this from automatically launching so that they can just click the tab at the bottom when they want it??

Dont you see a button right on the left of Call Control Up? There's your button!

Yes.
In the status bar there is an option that you can select or deselect, like a PIN. If it is selected, when a call arrives it puts attendant console at the top of other windows.
Just de-select it. And its done!

Hi Chris,
Just thought that I might add this to the great info from Met :)
You can use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC
Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
