Attendant Console - Initialisation of Call Control Failed.

Hi,

I get the above error message when I try to log in to an AC that I just set up. I use a non defualt udername and password and I am sure that I have set-up everything OK - followed the manual. I noticed that the receptionist uses the default AC/AC12345 username and password config. When I use this login config on the AC that I just set-up all I don't get the above error message!?

Any help?

The AC user is not the user that the receptionist should use for longing in. You should set her up as her own login and associate the device the at attendant console will control. Then login in with the new account

Sounds like the phone is not associated with the Attendant Console user (AC).
