Attendant Console Issue

After upgrading to 4.1.3 sr3b, we have not been able to dial out from the attendant console. The attendant console connects fine and can see the list of users. You cannot see the parked calls nor right-click and dial out.

1) The phone is associated with the ac user

2) Restarted the TCD and the CTI Service

3) Reinstalled the AC 1.4.22

Is the call via a direct in-dial and parking it?
