Attendant Console Issues

I currently have CCM 3.3.5 SR2

Attendant Console Ver.1.2.(1ES14)The Attendant can login OK.Call Control comes up,Attendant can go online.Console screen looks Ok.She can see an incoming call,but cannot answer it."Connect fail" msg.appears.She also cannot go off-hook to dial from console,same msg.Console had been working Ok.Any suggestions?

I did run into one intermittent problem that an uninstall/reinstall fixed. You might try that.

If you go to Help -> About in Attendant Console does the client version match the server version?

Yes,it does.That was one of the first things I checked.Odd thing is we had the same problem with another console in the network.It lasted for about 1 1/2 days but it cleared itself,never to return.Just went away.

Problem solved.The speakerphone was not enabled on the device.
