I have CCM 3.3(2)C and the AC 1.21 and I have set up the user "ac" w/ a password as the AC user. When the attendant logs with the same account "ac" and the password. When the attendant trys to go online it just sits there and eventually gives an error message. Trace on the TCD server and client both show that the jtapi has a bad username and password and it will try again in the 5 seconds. The passwords are the same! Any thoughts
