Attendant Console misbehaving

Our receptionist console PC based display jumps around the screen when any calls are made to the reception/main number. Functionality seems intact, but the new attention grabbing feature is some annoying and I would like to disable this.

There is a option in the attendant console to prevent the screen from jumping to the front of the screen.

There is a small button that you have to press to disable this behaviour, it is located at the bottom of the AC window. I'm attaching a screenshot of my lab's AC showing the button that I'm talking about.

Hi Wayne,

To add a note to Jorge's good info, you can also use this method to enable/disable "Pop to Top"

Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
