attendant console - no line state

Hi,

A customer has a problem with the line state in the attendant console.

He is using consoleversion 1.1 (3) and serverversion 1.1(3)

The attendant console is online, rigistrered at the right server. The incoming lines are black. Calls are coming through.

The problem is that alle employees have a question mark next to the phone in the telephonelist. This indicates that the line state is unknown.

The problem is that the operator don't know if somebody is at there pkace and not using there phone.

I have tried a lot from restarting the attendant pc to deleting the operator and building it again. I also tried stopping and starting the TCD services.

Can anybody help me solve this?

Did you install the Attendant Console update on the subscriber as well as the publisher? You need to install it on all CallManagers in your cluster.
