We just upgraded to 3.3.3sr4a and the attendant console is at latest rev as well. is there a reason that the line state does not show up in attendant console. it shows a blue question mark. when we were running 3.2 on ccm and one rev back on ac the line state of users phone showed available or busy. it is not doing that now.
Geoff, you seem to be up on most of my issues. Thanks again. The services were started and running so I stopped them then restarted and it seems to work now.
