Attendant Console Park issues

I have a customer using the console software, and is set up with 3 users. The issue we are experiencing is when they park a call if all users are not logged in then the call does not show up in the parked call box. If they do log in then everything works fine. Any thoughts?

Make sure you dont have Overlapping DialPlan...and you are using AC users with PILOT POINT AND HUNT GROUP...

And in fact call hits PP first...

(Not line groups)

Yes that is the way that it is setup, the routing works correctly, just the park doesnt show up unless they all logged in
