Attendant Console Problems

Hi:

When i try to run the Attendant Console, i recibe the follow message:

"Login Failed: Phone device was not found. Verify that the MAC address on the underside of the phone is the same as the MAC Address specified in the Settings dialog."

What can i do?

Re: Attendant Console Problems

First check if the phone is associated to the "ac" user. Next check if you are entering the correct MAC address on the AC client configuration.
