Attendant Console Queueing - CCM 4.1(3)sr3a statistics

Hi.

Is there a way to see in real-time how many calls are in queue in any pilot point? I tried using the PerfMon and choosing all the attendant console statistics but there is no queueing statistics.

Any ideas?

Actually that feature is not available. This feature is more for a Call Center than for AC.

Hopefully DEs can incorporate it in a future

If you have DEV contract u may open a case to create a JTAPI app which provides you this functionality
