Folks,
We should upgrade the callmanager from 3.3(3) to 4.1(3) and now the attendent console has a question mark next to all the users in the directory, does someone know what it means and how to fix it?
Thanks

Upgrade JTAPI or TSP by going to CCM Administration -> Application -> Install Plugins.

I just performed this upgrade myself. You will need to upgrade the attendant consoles to match the server version. You can do this by going to Help -> About Cisco CallManager Attendant Console and clicking Upgrade. It will walk you through uninstalling the current version and installing the updated version.

I am still working with TAC on an issue with an IPCC upgrade that was required due to the CCM upgrade. I also ran into an issue with the JTAPI version on Personal Assistant. I was getting this exact error along with CTI ports not registering. Other than that, everything went very well. This error is due to an older JTAPI or TSP version on the machine with IP Address 192.168.20.20. Is that a workstation or a server? What application on that machine talks to CCM?
