Attendant Console through hunt groups to voicemail

I have CCM 3.2(2c), Attendant Console 1.1(3), and Unity 3.1(3).

I have Attendant console configured so it works great. At the end of the second linked hunt group, I have it transfer to my first Unity pilot number for Voicemail.

My problem is that when Unity picks up, it is just the generic "please enter an extension..." I have a mailbox set up with the extension number of the initial pilot point for the Attendant console huntgroups, and I have configured the service parameter to FALSE for reset origional.

Is there anything more I need to configure?

Just set up a call routing rule and look for the forwarded #, use call viewer to verify the inbound call from the hunt group, and set the rule to route the call to your subscribers greeting

I have a couple of questons...

Do I set up the call routing rule in Unity? If so where? Where / what is "call viewer"?

Sorry for the dumb questions, I am kind of self taught over the last few weeks.

Go to the TCD service parameters and set the following:

ResetOriginalCalled = False

KeepOriginalCalledPartyIfForwarded = True

You might need to upgrade the TSP as well:

3.0.4 or later for Unity 3.0 and 3.1.2 or later for Unity 3.1
