Attendant Console Transfer to Subscriber's Voicemail
My customer is running CCM 3.2.2c spH and AC 1.1.3. They have a small problem that is irritating the receptionist, as follows. Assume a call comes in on line 1, is transfered to a subscriber and is answered. Then a second call comes in on line 1. When the receptionist hits transfer, a blank box appears for the receptionist to type in the required DN. Assume now that the first call was transfered to a subscriber that was on a call and the call was forwarded to voicemail. When the receptionist takes a second call on this line and hits transfer, the popup box has the DN of the previous call. The receptionist does not generally look at the screen and types the 4-digit extension alongside the 4-digits which are already in the box, giving 8-digits. The call then fails.
Has anyone seen this? Do you know how to get around it?
