When I start the Attendant Console I get Error message:
Initialization of Call Control Failed. Retrying...
In the acclient.txt log on the pc I get this error:
ERROR ACClientTelephonyMgr.init(): Failed to do provider Login. com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Unable to create provider -- bad login or password.
and in the CiscoJtapixx.log I get this error:
failureDescription = Directory login failed: Directory not initialized.
I am sure that i am using valid webattendant user with a valid password and I have created the ac user with the password which is given in the documentation. The ac user has association with the Pilot Point and the phones that will be uset in the Hunt group.
In the Attendant Settings I put the IP address of the CCM that has the Pilot Point in the Attendant Server Host Name or IP Address.
