Attendant Console

How do I get the the corporate directory to show up in Attendant Console? We are using the directory from CCM.

The corporate directory normally shows up in the attendant console by default.

What happens when you do a search from the Attendant console? Zero results or do you get an error?

You may want to try restarting the TCD service on all Callmanager servers to reinitiate the directory download process.

Is the "Show All Users" selected in the drop-down box of the Directories window?
