We are using the IP communicator and Attendant Console together - working great. Here is the problem, the audible alerts..when the operator is on a call the next call in the queue chimes 5 times and the operator can't hear the first call. The only option I see is to turn off the audible alerts. But, unless you are staring at the monitor constantly, this isn't an option. Any ideas?

You can always replace the audio files. They're located at c:/program files/cisco/call manager attendant console/audio

I will test that today, but, from other posts I have read that doesn't work.

Ok, changed the wav file, does the same thing, plays that wav file 5 times...I just want it to play once. Should I post to the developers forum?
