I have used attendent console with other companies and do not see anyway to have the screen pop when the call rings in. It is normally a setting. It would be nice to work on excel and when it rings the console pops on live call ringing in. Also, is there anyway to keep all users up on the screen without drop down all the time? It seems you have to hit clear and select the group all the time.

just to add a note to the always great tips from my friend Java (+5 points buddy!) It doesn't look like the link pasted properly, so here is the conversation I was having with Lyle;

Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC
Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
