Attendent Console Call Control Initialization Failure
I have installed CCM 3.3(2) on MCS7725. I have configured one pilot point (dn=1099). Have created a CCM User AC and associated the Pilot point number as well as console attendent DNs to this user.
Have also configured the hunt group and created CM Attendent Console users. After installing Console Attendent on the attendents PC, I am able to login using CM Attendent User account. But the call control
never initializes and the status stays on "TRYING". The exact error message displayed is "INITIALIZATION OF CALL CONTROL FAILED.."
