Attendent console call queueing

Hey guys --

Is it possible to queue incoming calls through the AC? Currently they would rather the calls not hit the AA, and as such they are picking up the incoming calls and asking the callers to hold while they field the rest of the calls. Is it possible to queue and dequeue and send to the AC?

With CCM 4.0+ you can definitely do this. Refer to this documnet:

You have to use the "Attendant Console Configuration Tool." to configure queueing.

You can use queue in Attendant Console, but there are not many things to control.
