atutoattendant problems

I have configured autoattendant in CME but is not working. When I try to call I obtain a failed call.

My telco is a sip provider ( sip protocol ), so I have configured a sip account in the router with the username is 964812530 and pass xxxxxx

so the public number is 964812530

Check out if the name of the unity port on the Unity box match the one you have defined on the CME.Check if CME is integerated to the unity box.Then reboot unity.

I'm not using unity, it's all in the cme 3.3

I want to use the autoattendant of CME.
