Audio Problem with 7936

Audio in the cisco phone 7936 has high values of echo. I would like to know if I can manage this issue or I have another option for fix this.

attempt to verify the gateways that these calls are traversing. use echo-cancellation on these gateways if possible.

also, check the phone load for the conference phone. perhaps an upgrade could help.
