Australian Daylight Savings Patches kill CIPC 1.1.5.0

Just found that the Commonwealth Games timezone patch that was required for Australian CCM's appears to cause issues with CIPC V1.1.5.

If the CIPC Device is in a DP which is configured with a DTG using a Comm Games Timezone, it will not boot. If you change the DP to a non EST DTG, the phone will boot.

I know V2 is out for CIPC and it doesn't appear affected, but for those with V1.1.5 clients, this may be useful information.

I'd probably just suggest pulling out the timezone patch to fix now the issue given DS has rolled over now for the Eastern States.

CIPC 1.1.5.0 patch to fix Bug - CSCec78626 [The time on the IP Communicator phone is incorrect. The time displayed is GMT instead of local time zone].

Both the time settings and the services issues are outstanding known issues and the resolution will be in the 2.0 version when it is released.
