we are using CUCM 6.1 and we have developed a billing system for CM to bill the calls based on authorization codes. but once the ip phones are on the SRST mode we are not able to get the authorization codes. Further more we are facing same issue when call forwarding as well. is there any way we can get the authorization codes on above mentioned scenarios(on srst and call forwarding? pls advice.
