I am running Callmanager 3.32. I would like to use the Auto-Answer feature on the phones to enable a simple intercom between any two users. This works just fine. The problem is that all of the phones have a DID on them. How do you enable auto-answer for internal calls and not for DID calls? Any ideas? Any third party products that will do this?
I think you can do it with partitions and calling search spaces. Just configure 2 lines on that phone with the same extension but different partitions and make sure only internal phones have partition of the line with auto-answer included in their css with higher priority then the second line or don't include the second line's partition at all for them.
