I configured Auto answer with headset option on the line of the IP phone. When I tryed this options It does not answer the call automatically. If I use Auto answer with speaker option it works fine.
What could be the problem?

Make sure that the headset button has been pressed, and is lit green.

Hi,
I want that phone automatically answer the call and brings up the headset. (Without pressing the buttun headset). There is an option Callmanager on line configuration that allowes that.
Any other suggestions?

We configured a phone with a headset to auto answer with headset as well, but it would not auto answer until the headset button was activated. Not sure why, but it worked.
