Auto Attendant and Voice Mail

I am running call manager 3.3(3)SR4 and I am trying to setup trasnfering to extn's vociemail from auto attendant without ringing the phone.

There is an option in auto attendant to send the call directly to extn's voicmail box.

Has anybody done this with 3.3(3) SR4 and Auto attendant 1.2(1).

I know we need to edit the voicemailprofile.xml file,but i am not positive, any help is appreciated.

hi sorry for the late answer...

it is possible by using a CTI route point 8XXX for exemple, forwarded all to VM. A voicemail profile with a mask of XXXX.

If you call the 81001 the call is routed to unity and the profile will just send 1001 to unity. it call the user VM without ringing the phone.
