Hi.
I have an issue with a Cisco Unity Connection, when the call is prompt to AA and play de greetings record it's sounds like a hhhhh.......eeeee.....llllll......oooooo wwwwww......eeeeee....llllllll.......ccccccccc......ooooo, the same situation is when a call its forwarded to voice mail.
I hope you can help me with this problem.

Look at CPU usage on the server, and try various call flows to make sure it's not network related.

Ok i'm gonna to install RTMT to view cpu usage.

Hello Alan,
Make sure you do not have any snapshots in place as they are not supported and will cause voice quality issues, also make sure your NTP is stable on the CUC server otherwise if you see several application logs complaining about it this might cause the issue.
