auto attendant ivr doesn't start after perforned CfwdAll ?

dear sir,

We've a pilot number of 1000 with extension number of 1001,1002,1003,1004 in a 7960 cisco ip phone. Our operator will CfwdAll to the guard house after office hours. After CfwdAll, the ivr opening greeting will unable to start. Any incoming calls will directly go to the guard house after office hours. We need the unity ivr opening greeting to start in order for us to transfer the call to remote office during after office hours session.

Please advise. thank you very much.

According to the compatibility matrix, CRA is not supported until CM 3.1.3a, so this functionlaity does not work with lower versions.
