Hi,

do I need a soundcard or special drivers for the callmanager to hear from the Phones the speech of the Auto Attendant?

I got following message of the traces from Auto Attendant:

17: Okt 04 12:32:59.750 CEDT %MIVR-SS_TEL-3-UNK:MediaManager can't play C:\Program Files\wfavvid\Prompts\user\_wfaa_125_welcome.wav due to unsupported audio format, exception: com.cisco.wf.media.IncompatibleSourceException: java.io.IOException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /C:\Program Files\wfavvid\Prompts\user\_wfaa_125_welcome.wav

Thanks in Advance

Dirk

No, you don't need any special drivers. The error you see is indicating that the custom attendant prompt that you recorded was not saved in the correct sound file format. It should be CCITT u-law, 8000Hz, 8 bit, mono. Try to convert the file that you uploaded into this format, then re-upload it and try again. See:
