Auto attendant Script modification

I want to modify the aa.aef. can some one help me out.

I want a simple script with welcome prompt "welcome dial ext or 0 for operator."

Do you just want to edit the exsisting aa script? or Do you want to create a new one?

If you want to edit the prompt of the exsisting script you just need to record a new prompt. Otherwise you can follow the following links to get an idea.

Are you using CUE, IPCC or just the AA embbeded script of the CCM??

I am using CCM4.1 with extended services. if I create new script how i can upload?

I think you are just able to edit the welcome prompt, not the script.

you can record a new prompt, and then upload it. Then you can change the welcome prompt at the application configuration.

If you were using CUE, you can edit, or make a new AA script.

Maybe you can configure the CallHandler, to change the call flow.
