Auto Attendant

Hi,

I made a script for my IP AA using the CRA editor and I want to test if my script is okay. How can I load my script to the CM. I'll copy it to the wfavvid directory but when I used the Application administration to load the file I can't see the script I made. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem.

Thanks

Andy

Re: Auto Attendant

The first thing you need to do is make sure it validates in CRA editor. Then you need to use the repository manager to upload the file to the directory. Repository Manager is under the applications program group. The same place you go to app admin. Then you will be able use it in an application. Be sure that you change the name of your aa script because if you do an upload and you have named yours aa.aef then it will be overwritten with the new aa.aef with the newer version. This would apply for all of the scripts that we bundle.

Hope this helps,
