Auto attendant

When ever i tried to make a call to auto attendant via fxo port the call is not disconnecting if the user is abnormally disconnect the call (after is hering the voice message) if there is way to sort this issue.

You are most likely running into the FXO disconnect issue.

There are several approach to solve your problem:

1. See if you can request for a battery reversal on the line connected to your FXO then enable battery reversal on you FXO configuration.

2. If your line does not support battery reversal, you can use the supervisory disconnection procedure. To configure the supervisory disconnect first you need to check if your IOS support supervisory disconnection. I am using 12.1.5.XM7. Then issue the following command on your FXO port

cptone "country code" if not define it will use the default US

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

timeout wait-release 3 (3 is the lease option)

Hope this will help you to solve your problem. Option number 1 is the most simplest thing to do.
