I have setup AA, and I have my client main number translating to the Pilot point.
In my hunt group, I have a CTI RP#, as the 5th number to call. This CTI RP# is assigned to the call handler in Unity for business hrs greeting.
I have setup the after hours and business hours schedule in unity, and have assinged them to the call handlers.
My question how do I get the after hours greeting to play immediately when it is after hours.
I might have a poor design going on here. But the goal I am trying to acheive, is have the business hours greeting play, when the AA has incoming calls on all lines. Then have the after hours greeting play immediately when the office is closed.
