Auto Hang up of a call

I have a site that uses a paging system, and sometimes the users dont hang up the phones. This causes the line to stay in use, and no one else can make a page.

My question is, is there any way in CallManager (4.1.3)to make a call on an FXO or FXS port to automatically hang up after a set time period, say 45 seconds?

I have seen issues like this.

If you are using a H323 gw then the dial-peer invokes the "default" application on the dial-peer. You may be able to write something into the TCL script to disconnect the call after a period of time.

Anyone have an idea on a tcl script to do this?
