I would like to customize the voice prompts sequences of Auto Attendant on the Call Manager. Do I need to buy any additional software like CRS Server to do this or would it be possible using the extended services on the CM.
The other requirement is to increase the 4 port limitation of the AA, I've already been told that I'll need to buy IP IVR to achieve that. Please confirm if the CRS Server & IP IVR software is the same thing.
