AutoAttendant display information

Now I set Auto attendant according to the following step:

1. set CTI route point with line 3888(DID) in CCM

2. On line 3888, all call is forward to voicemail

3. On Unity,set call routing: all call ,which callingnumber is on voicemail pilot, is send to greetings Administrator

4. On unity, set call handlers:Opening Greeting & Operater

Opening Greeting:call input 0 to send call to operater call handler

Operater:transfer all call to reception extension 3800

Now the call process is normal: from outside, call to inside extension, first call 3888 and if he knows the inside extension , he dial the extension number directly , otherwise he dial 0 to transfer to reception 3800.

But because all call to inside extension or reception extension is transfered by voicemail , on extension phone before picking up , the display incoming information is From Voicemail. And after picking up , the incoming information changes to incoming call number. So , before picking up , the user don't know the incoming call number.How to change it and let user know the call number before picking up ?

This issue can be resolved by unchecking Display IE Delivery in the H.323 gateway configuration page in the Cisco CallManager.
