AutoAttendant, Hunt Groups, and voicemail

I have a need to setup a pilot point & hunt group using the "longest idle" option. This is great for the agents when they are logged in, however, they want the option of calls going to voicemail if none of the three are logged in, and/or if they are all on other calls. With the "longest idle" option used, won't the VM be the number routed to quite frequently, even when the others are available?

Look over this link for the Longest Idle Option and you will see the function of that command and it should answer your question.
