AutoAttendant

I have some .wav files I'd like to put together as an autoattendant application.

As in, "Welcome... press 1 for blah1, press 2 for blah2," etc.

Where is this documented? If any of you have a small sample application I can work from there.

Hi there. You cannot change the configuration of the existing AA message. Instead you have to reinstall Extended Services i.e 2.2(5) and above and you need to use the correct product installation key so you can use the full feature of the Extended Services (which implies a license purchase). In the full version, there is a client that lets you alter and program, as you like, the messages of the AA (also 10 voice ports instead of 4). Please be noted that the .wav files should be recorded as u-Law G.711
