AUTOATTENDENT

After installing the Autoattendent on the CCM 3.3(2) server, during the initial setup in the browser window, ) after specifying the repository profile (default) I get the error - LDAP Error - The LDAP Server has suffered an error, please contact your administrator".

When I check the Services, the CRA Engine has not started.

I can't figure out why this is happening.

Please assist

In your directory profile, make sure you changed the hostname to the IP of your call manager, port should be 8404, Directory user should be cn=Directory Manager, o=cisco.com, password will be either ciscocisco or your admin password, user base context should be ou=Users, o=cisco.com. Server type = DC Directory.
