automated system do not here a number tone when called

I am running 3.1.2c and have been for several months.

I only have 7960 phones. Now this started yesterday morning. When someone calls to automated system such as cisco help desk and the automated system askes you to push 1,2 or 3 and when hit a number it can not hear the tone.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What type of gateway are you calling through? Did you make any changes to the system at all?

No chages where made. I have three PSTN Digital lines going into a 6509 8 port t1. I have tried a new load for the gateway. and that did not help. i was running D001Q022 and now i tried D00403010032. I have reset the gateway frome both sides also. my provider says nothing has changed and all still checks out.
