I think CER is definately something we'll be looking towards, but for now, we're trying to look at implementing a few things without it. Perhaps the auto-dial feature of the CER is what they were talking about when they mentioned it to us.
I'll have to try and contact the chap who talked to mgmt folks here and try to clear it up.
