Automatic initial greeting

I have a requirement where the phone has a automatic greeting played before the phone is picked up. For example, a call center agent says hello my name is Blah and welcome to blah 100 times a day and would like this bit automated. Talk about a superficial service but that is the need. Any help on how to hook into the voice stream before. This is in conjunction with IPCC hence I can use the CTI stream to automate the answer, do any form of redirection etc.

You might want to try asking this in the Contact Center forum. I'm not sure of a way to do this purely in CallManager.
