Can the system automatically end the wrap up time after a predetermine

timeframe and make the agent in ready position?

An auto work timer is on the IPCC roadmap for release 4.0. This was conveyed during a recent IPCC Express 3.1 Placeware Sales training hosted by Terry McKeon on June 30, 2003.
