Can anyone help me in providing a document supporting Cisco Platform integration with Avaya PDS for blending purposes.I come to know that if one put Avaya S8700 with G600 gateway on the same LAN as Cisco's CCM,PG's,ICM then Avaya PDS can blend agents talking to Cisco PG's.
Speak to your Avaya account rep about their white paper on the Avaya PDS "CTI-based call blending" option. It explains how the ASAI-based blending works (outbound becomes inbound on the MultiVantage, which the ICM can "see" via the PIM).
Cisco doesn't have any docs on this that I have been able to find.
