AvCsMgr not starting on 3.0(1)

I just finished a fresh install of 3.0(1) with Exchange 2000 and AvCsMgr service won't start. I'm running callmanager 3.1(1). There are many messages in the event viewer regarding this error. Not sure which ones are significant enough to include in this message. Anyone have ideas why AvCsMgr wouldn't start right off the bat?

We will need to see the specific errors. You can post them here.

Re: AvCsMgr not starting on 3.0(1)

Looks like Unity is not able to connect to the Database server.
Also you have NNTP errors. First thing to check is that Exchange is actually running. Are you running Exchange on or off box. Can you use an outlook client on another machine and check if Exchange is actually up and that you are able to send and recive messages?
