I just finished a fresh install of 3.0(1) with Exchange 2000 and AvCsMgr service won't start. I'm running callmanager 3.1(1). There are many messages in the event viewer regarding this error. Not sure which ones are significant enough to include in this message. Anyone have ideas why AvCsMgr wouldn't start right off the bat?

Here they are: Application Log- event 1025: AvCsMgr: Component Arbiter initialize failed. event 1087: Gateway Run failed : [0x800706BA] event 1077: Gateway StopCs failed [0x80070005]. event 1014: Manager service (AvCsMgr) failed to initialize the component manager. event 32009: Doh logon failed due to messaging component initialization error: 8004010fH event 101: GetDohSession() returned [0x8004010F] on line 139 of file h:\CommSvr\Sources\UnityUMR\AvUMRSyncSvr\UMRThread.cpp event 1004: Unable to log onto the Doh. event 8213: System Attendant Service failed to create session for virtual machine UNITY. Looks like Unity is not able to connect to the Database server. Also you have NNTP errors. First thing to check is that Exchange is actually running. Are you running Exchange on or off box. Can you use an outlook client on another machine and check if Exchange is actually up and that you are able to send and recive messages?
