I was recently in a Unity class (2.4.6.102) and was told that event notification relies on the AvGaen_MC service which is not completely functional at this time. Is this true? I have a client that would like email notification of system events. Can I get this working with the current version of AvGaenSRV?<br><br>

I'd leave it alone... it's working but has some bad bugs in it that can cause it to end up chasing its tail and chewing up your CPU bigger than life. We backed it out after a number of sites had problems with it in the field. It's revamped and cleaned up in 3.0, I'd hang tight for that.
