Hi,<br><br>We are getting lots of the following events. Any idea what is causing them. We are at 3.0(4) with exch 5.5 off box. Member server in NT4 environment.<br><br>Event Type: Information<br>Event Source: AvLogMgrSvr_MC<br>Event Category: (1)<br>Event ID: 10013<br>Date: 21/03/2002<br>Time: 16:23:31<br>User: N/A<br>Computer: UNITY1<br>Description:<br>The description for Event ID ( 10013 ) in Source ( AvLogMgrSvr_MC ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: .<br><br><br>
Are you looking at the event log on the Unity machine? If not, can you check the message on the Unity box, it would then translate the message into a meaningful message. That should help us move forward.
Is this an error or an informational message? This message ID is placed as an informational message in the event log to signal that the event log data is being pumped into the SQL table to generate historical reports. We pump all the event data into the SAL table. Later if you want to run a report on the event logs, the reports ae run on the SQL table. I am still curious why your message says that it is not able to get the information from the right MC file. Are you looking at the event log through a WTS session?
My customer is now having this issue as well. IP only integration running Exchange 5.5 and Unity VM 3.12b on a Dell 2500 Win2K box. CM Cluster is 3.13a. TSP is CM TSP 6.0 This was an existing install that is now having problems. Customer reports that these errors appear to hang Unity until the system is rebooted. Thanks.
